More often than not people like to blame others when things are not going as good as one would like. Unfortunately, I have to apologize to you for being one of those persons for not recognizing all that she has done with and for me and Nick. Therapeutically, her guidance and support has allowed us to self reflect and get in the place of balance and peace in our marriage, in which I know would have been overlooked and neglected without your guidance. Again, I thank her and recognize her ability to reshape relationships threw encouraging us to work on ourselves, by guiding us to recognize individually what we contribute to where we are and where we want to be in partnership. This means that we care about all aspects of your life. That includes life coaching, health coaching, couples therapy, business coaching, and sex therapy. Our mission is to be a safe space for people to be accepted and to grow into their life goals. HigherChange is founded by Dr. Thomas Luttrell, PhD, a professional coach and a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist in Maryland (LCM754), DC (LMFT200001211), and California (LMFT 111604). We also offer Christian counseling and Christian marriage counseling. For mental health issues, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and affiliates (CareFirst, Anthem, BCBS Federal Employee Program, etc.) and Cigna or Evernorth. However, please note that to qualify for insurance benefits, therapy must be related to a mental health diagnosis, like anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc., that has medical necessity. Most insurance plans do not cover relationship issues, sexual issues, nor coaching. Please do not ask us to bill your insurance for relationship or sexual issues without first contacting your insurance company to check to see if your plan covers it.
