Being 70+ & in poor health took what should have been a 3-4 hour move to 10+. I moved from a small 600 9x13 ft 1st floor apartment to a 1000 sq ft 3rd floor apartment approximately 15 minutes away. I wanted to go local & had seen a couple good reviews. They arrived in a cube truck which even though my place was small I had regular size furniture. It took 2 trips which slowed down an already slow process. I got the feeling he needed to work, it wasn't a choice financially. I had taken enough cash to pay for 6 hours & a tip. When they went back for the second load I explained based on their estimate I had this set amount of money. They could stop then, we were at 5 hour's or take the set price & continue. They choose to continue. At that point they slowed down even more! Friendly guys, probably fine for moving a piece of furniture but not an entire move.
