My experience with Dalshire International was extremely disappointing. I purchased items that were represented as authentic and worth significantly more than what they appear to be upon independent evaluation. I have since filed complaints alleging misrepresentation and reported the seller to LiveAuctioneers. I encourage potential buyers to do thorough research, seek third‑party authentication, and be cautious of value claims made by this business. Dalshire International Inc. is a fraudulent auction organization, They owe me a lot of money. They sold my paintings and have not paid me for almost a year. They still have a few paintings that they will not return to me. I invested a lot of money in the paintings, and the shipping cost was also high. Buyer Beware! This auction house sells "decorative" art & sports memorabilia as authentic with NO authentication, or other words; "in the style of named artist". They state that their art prints are framed using quality custom museum products (adhered using double-sided tape), their illegitimate prints are covered in fake museum/gallery provenance stamps that are NOT verifiable plus they grossly inflate secondary resale market valuations by stating their fake prints & mixed media lots would sell for thousands (up to six figures). I purchased one of their fake Banksy pieces, and after I advised Dalshire of my displeasure, their Customer Service Rep CL verbally attacked me, advised me to send the peice back and then ghosted me. For background, I have extensive experience buying items from several auction houses using the Live Auctioneers platform. When I purchase an item, I pay for it promptly and typically receive it within a few weeks. I think anyone considering participating in an auction with Dalshire International should be very aware of how unprofessional the business and it's owners John and Carroll are. On 4/30/25 I purchased three items in a Dalshire auction and paid for them in full with a wire transfer of $12, 666.45 on 5/2/25. After 5 months went by and none of the items were delivered, despite repeated attempts by phone, e-mail, and text to the owners, I cancelled the orders and asked for the prompt return of my funds. Almost 10 months later, with further attempts to communicate and involving Live Auctioneers, my $12, 666.45 has not been returned. John and Carroll are ignoring all requests for repayment, and on the rare occasion they are reached, they use a multitude of excuses for not running their business professionally-moved locations, request is with our treasurer, pointing the finger at each other or others, etc. What the public needs to be aware of is Dalshire and its owners are behaving as if they are in financial trouble and can't afford to return my $12, 666.45. It is not a coincidence that their website has been shut down. This fact alone should give anyone pause to do business with them, because once funds are sent to pay for something its a veritable "black hole" to get them back. My advice-avoid the trouble entirely and don't participate in their auctions. Live Auctioneers has suspended them from holding any future auctions until they make good on the money they owed their customers. If you read only one review of Dalshire make it this one. John house is a con man. He sells fakes to the highest bidder. I purchased a banksy from him and sent it to Pest control, Banksys official authorized verification team. Not only was it fake but, they said it appeared to be a banksy post card that was enlarged and the back was covered in fake COA's. When i reached out he was very smooth and charming. he promised a full refund I just needed to send him the invoice number. Then a month went by, I called again he apologized and said he was just super busy and promised to refund if I sent him the invoice number. this went on for 4 months. He is no longer answering his phone. A quick google search and a few years ago he was raided by the FBI and over 200K worth of fake art, and fake sports items were siezed. Dont be fooled by the good reviews they havent checked to see if the item they bought was real or not. Fun fact: his platform liveauctioneers not only helps him sell fake items, they also sell thousands of real NAZI items and believe it or not, they even sell sambo racist "art" as well., class acts! read more

I'm also amazed how this guy stays in business. He received my item to be auctioned 1/21/2025. It's now 4/24/2025 and when I ask where my check is "I have to look into it" then "I've been busy." Threatening to file a compliant with Liveauctioneers then a private criminal complaint in his county. Not acceptable. read more

I live about 3 hours from this business. I won 15 small items from them on an auction that ended on a Thursday. I contacted them Thursday, Friday and Saturday as I was going to be in town Saturday and Sunday and leaving early Monday morning. It took 5 attempts for them to respond . When they finally did we were not able to meet at the same times I was in town. They charged me almost $110 to ship these 15 items. The box they came in cost less than $1 and the priority shipping was $8.20. They charged me over $90 to pack these 15 small items into a small box. read more
