Builder on-site ignored all my specifications and wouldn't do it the way discussed. I have a shed hanging off the pad and with a large gap underneath. Company apparently doesn't see a problem and won't stand behind it. Very disappointed. Tried hard to use a local business not a big box store. And I'm left with the mess! There is a updated disclosure from a few months ago this year 2026 in my file at Premier which included a New Roof with transferable warranty, plus the AC upstairs in my two story historical home is in perfect working condition. This ultimately cost me sales and the negative initial view of my property by this mistake. She "WAS" my seller agent and she didnt care to review the documents before going to prospective buyers.

Once you find the front door and make your way into the shop you need to literally stop and stare and scan. The amount of amazing finds, especially boots will have you drooling in Texan. The owners are a fantastic wealth of knowledge. Some items are not priced and you'll find the boots are priced a bit high for vintage, but they do have a variety of sizes and designs which would make you bypass that and make you want to splurge.
