I called within the same day once it was cleaned. He said thank you and call me Monday and we can meet up. I will give back your cleaning deposit. It is now May 18th. I've called numerous times and have left numerous text. He finally responded 2 days ago through text. About how I paid and said he never saw any contact attempts from me. He asked if I paid cash I said yes. He never responded again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO DONT PAY THE CLEANING DEPOSIT. I know it's not a lot of money. It is very poor business practice.

I recently purchased Online 5 lots from CAC. One of the lots was advertised as a NEW AGT skid steer Post Driver ( Picture attached. ) I traveled a total of 1300 mile to retrieve the items purchased online only to find out that the post driver was missing a great deal of the parts. Including the 2- legs, 2- hydraulic hoses, 8- bolts to assemble the unit, 1- tool box, 1- gas pressure regulator, 1- pressure regulator hose, 1- regulator tool and 1- open end wrench. I was told by Jason Robertson ( Sales Manager )to purchase the missing items from the manufacturer and that all items are sold as-is despite what the online sale is advertising. I tried to contact the owners directly by email but was intercepted by Jason Robertson. I can't believe any owner that has been in business as long as CAC would treat a customer this way. In short don't waste you time on any items from CAC they advertise one thing and give you what they give you. No apologies, offers to replace the missing items and a refund.
