- [ ] KOA Arlington. Very nice RV park. Well maintained, clean and quiet. Trees and green grass are nice to see. Felt very secure and safe.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO! Especially if you have a big rig or are new to pulling an RV. Overall, this campground is clean and quiet. It's nice! BUT it has got to be the most difficult park we have ever had to pull into and park in. You need to know that this park has very narrow roads and spots. Very narrow. And, turning in here can be very challenging, especially at night. If you're traveling north (where you'll turn right off cooper into the park), it is VERY easy to miss the turn in. And if you miss it, turning around is yet another challenge. Good luck! If you're traveling south (where you'll turn into the park from to the left off cooper), you will need to go around the block in order to turn in on the other side. YOU CAN NOT TURN LEFT INTO THE PARK OFF COOPER. Because of the divide down the middle of cooper, you must essentially make a u-turn to get to the park entrance. We couldn't even do it in our truck. Imagine doing it with a long Rv. It's impossible. And whatever you do, do not turn into the parking lot that the left turn lane will put you in. With a rig, there will be no way to turn around and you'll have back out into traffic on cooper to get out of it!! So. This place it decent. But try to arrive in daylight if you can and be paying close attention. And have a good navigator. This is like fight-causing chaos here!! Map attached. The black line shows the center divide of Cooper. The yellow is the turn in for KOA. The red oval is the parking lot you must not turn into with your rig!!

We were going to stay for 5 nights but I'm looking for another rv park immediately. We are 3 feet from a 30 foot dead tree. Park staff said the tree was no danger. Really. we all know dead trees never loose branches. Grass is about 6 inches high. Dog area is about 10sq ft, next to a sewage ditch. Next door neighbors have a yard full of junk in the high grass. Over half the sites appear to be lived in full time. Many old crappy RVs. Internet is 2 out of 5 in strength. Haven't seen the bathrooms or pool but don't hold out much hope. Awful! awful! awful!

Amends has been made...of sorts. The pool was re-opened as of Thursday. Definitely much more enjoyable.

Not a bad place but they don't answer the phone nor, after at least 8 voice-mail's, do they ever call back.

They may request a litte pat, A simple 'NO' will settle that. Awesome RV park in central Arlington They call it treetops…read morefor a reason, most of the park is literally under the tops of tons of trees, this is great for shading the residents. The sites in the middle are facing all different directions, some smaller and bigger than others. The sites around the outside are generally the same size, shape and position. All of the sites are about a 7.5/10 rating and gravel. The grounds are kept very clean! There are tons of doggy waste stations, trash stations throughout and on site recycling. Everyone I encountered staying there was friendly and polite, and staff that I interacted with were app very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

If you are a long-timer you can get DSL from AT&T but it's sketchy AF. They have a decent shower facility, and BBQ Pit, as well as a small Garden Park area. It's kept clean, and the neighbors are all quiet. When I moved in, they had three rules. 1. No kids 2. No work trucks 3. No large dogs They require you have a self contained rig. No tents have been used since I've been here. Most of the Residents are log timers. A few have 20 years history here. I've been here almost 5 years myself. It's a stones throw away from AT&T (The Cowboys) Stadium, less than 2 miles. Also Six Flags Arlington, and Ranger Stadium, and the Water Park. Also it's not far from the local Mall. Plenty of food places close by as well. They keep the grass cut regularly. The only drawback, and for me it wasn't a deal breaker... is the railroad tracks at the very back of the RV Park. The trains really aren't noisy at all. Just a little background noise at night. It often lulls me to sleep, in a white noise way. The rent is reasonable, and has only been increased to offset city taxes. Management is not intrusive unless you give them a reason. Follow the golden rule here, and it will go well for you. Standard shore power box. 50amp, 30amp, 220 & 110 outlets and a concrete patio pad. Your Rig parks in the dirt, so bring your wheel boards if you plan on staying long term. The turnover is not large here, but it does rotate every now and then. Spots stay filled for long periods, but they do open up, and go quickly. If you want to stay here, be quick if you have a reservation and you get the call to move in. Make it quick or they'll rent it to someone else.

This park has been our home for the past 15 months during the construction of our new home on property we purchased three hours away. After researching several RV parks, we selected DFW Mid-Cities primarily due to its proximity to our family in Fort Worth and, as bonus, its closeness to numerous favorite places: Texas Rangers home games, the Dallas Cowboys, Fort Worth Stockyards, shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, and more. Accessing the park is convenient, as it is situated just off Interstate 20 near SH 287-- it's easy for us to travel between the park and our home construction site. The park features a variety of covered, uncovered, full-connection spaces in different sizes. (We parked our 45-foot Toy-Hauler in a spacious, covered area that provided ample room for our dually truck, my wife's sedan and my Harley.) Amenities include internet access, a dog park, clean restrooms/showers, a laundry facility, a propane filling station, a fitness room, and a large clubhouse for a fun spot to hang out (particularly if the weather gets spooky), ensuring a comfortable and safe stay for families, solo travelers and the pets. We thoroughly enjoyed our 'temporary' home and will especially miss the exceptional staff. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly, without hesitation, recommend DFW Mid-Cities RV Park to all fellow my RV enthusiasts and travelers.
