Also keep in mind that your meal prep delivery business is loaded with competition. So what was my complaint? Well I left town and decided to put the delivery on hold for a week. Someone screwed up on their end and they still delivered. Not only did the delivered food sit and rot on my front porch for a week, but they made a 2nd delivery on day 7 so there were 2 weeks worth of meal preps when I got home on day 8. When I got home I called them and told them what happened and asked them why they did not pickup the food when they arrived 7 days later if they still had me on schedule? They said they have no record of me putting it on hold to begin with. And that all they do is deliver and pickup empty bags!! Lmfao. So I said what the hell do you do? Just deliver food and collect money with no concern for your customer's well being since you notice rotting food and do not say or do amything sbout it? They still refused to give me a refund and they lost my business forever.

Esther had the best value and the most food options included compared to others. We liked that the package we went with included an agua fresca and mulitas, whereas other services we would've had to pay extra for those things. I paid the deposit and secured the date. Esther was always very amicable during our communications and arrived right on time for set up. The setup was really nice with black table covers and signs labeling all of the food that was available to our guests. The food was ready at the requested serving time and our guests enjoyed every last bit. Some went back for seconds, and even then we still had leftovers. Esther's portions were very generous and we were given all the leftovers at the end of the service. After clean up, the area was spotless and you couldn't even tell they had been there the last few hours. Thank you to Esther and husband for the amazing food and service. We highly recommend!
