Called Greg Faulkner Plumbing after receiving a recommendation from my community FB page to have my…read moregarbage disposal installed. I called on Monday, and had it installed today (Wednesday). Originally I was scheduled for Tuesday but I had to cancel. Patrick came out to do the install. When I answered the door he was standing holding my Amazon packages that had been delivered (so kind). He was very friendly and honestly it never felt like a "serviceman" was in my house. After doing the install, the disposal didn't work, however he began to troubleshoot everything starting at the breaker box. Turns out it was the GFI outlet that I'd left something plugged into that I know over heats (my mistake). He even offered to put everything back in the cabinet for me once he was finished. When he left, I'd received another delivery and he ever so kindly picked up that package and handed it to me too. This truly was over and above service in every sense. Thank you Patrick for being an asset to not only the company, but for being a gentleman! This will be my go to plumbing company in the future.

He arrived promptly on Monday to do the repair. And I was back to 100% sink abilities by noon. A operational sink is crucial because I run a custard shop. The techs from Terry Vereen Plumbing were here promptly to address several issues that arose right after I moved in. My comfort and concerns were treated as top priority during the entire process. It was a two day project. After the first day, everything seemed well and tested just fine. Unfortunately, around 9pm there was an issue outside, not with their new work, but with an older existing section of pipe. I turned off the main and texted them. They got back to me right away and offered to come out immediately. I told them it was okay to wait until morning. Not every job can go as perfectly planned, but how a contractor responds to issues is what matters most. The next day, they fixed that problem and finished the rest of the job by 11am. They even helped me with a sink drain, which was not part of the original quote and was somewhat complicated. They didn't charge anything extra it and I am super grateful. I am very happy with their service and would HIGHLY recommend them to other homeowners. They are definitely the "go to" plumbers for St. Augustine. Special shoutout to Chris, Corey, and Cameron.
