Our son was one of the very first students at TGS Yorktown nearly one year ago and started in the infant classroom. The staff has always been extremely communicative, caring and understanding. The updates and photos throughout the day allow us to rest assured knowing our child is in a wonderful and fun learning environment. As he transitioned to eating solids, gained more independence in his motor skills, and began talking, the teaching staff has consistently provided incredible care and paid close attention to his developmental milestones. We could sense the overwhelming focus on logistics, ironic for Montessori method while they always touted education. Our son's doing so much better in a different preschool. Overall Seton was a disappointment and their early childhood program needs an overhaul.

Our daughter loves going their each day and is learning a lot from their lesson plan. The staff is very proactive in addressing issues; though we have had very few. If a parent has a concern, they respond and follow up immediately. I don't agree that the staff are overwhelmed. With a classroom of 2 year olds it's going to be a bit noisy. But, the staff is great at settling the mood of the room. Since the first week, I have felt at ease and confident that my daughter is getting the best care possible. I highly recommend considering the DG Kindercare.

I'm not sure if she's the person who's responsible of sending out emails, but my son's music lessons were change & I did not receive an update, I did receive an email saying that my payment didn't go through when in fact , it did . I acknowledged her about my concerns never received an apology. She was very rude & unprofessional. I'm really hesitant about continuing to bring my son here if this is the type of treatment I'm going get every single time I walk in.
