What a disappointed after washing there was still a lot of dirt in the wheel casing, and the chrome was stilll dirty on the back hutch I just turned around and asked for a rewash, what was even a bigger disappointment when I got the answer that they aren't washing the wheel casing and they aren't suppose to get on there Knies to do so. I offered to show them how to spray that dirt off without doing funny exercises. In the mean time the second guy started to respray my siding again, but I was asked to back up because the manager had told them no rewash on wheel casing!!! First they spray your car with soapy water, then they use brushes to clean your car.
