Several years ago, a tree fell over in a storm and broke the pipe from the house to the septic…read moretank. I had called several local septic companies and Barefoot was the only that agreed quickly to come out and look at the problem. They were able to repair and replace the broken pipe that afternoon. Now years later, I decided it was about time to have the tank cleaned and inspected. I called Barefoot about the service. They were quite busy but asked a number of questions to determine what the extent of required service would be. A date was set up for early the next week. On the appointed day, we got a call from the truck drivers who gave and ETA. They arrived right on time and went to work. The tank was inspected with no problems found. I was also surprised that the driver had looked up the records of the previous emergency call. He checked the area to make sure they was no further damage or problems since the call. After cleaning up, there was no damage to the lawn or any plantings. It was a job well done. As they were getting ready to leave, mention was made about one of the iron handles on the tank lid had rusted off. I was assured it was not a problem but if I wanted to have the lid replaced, they could do it. It was explained what the new lid would look like, approximate cost and that replacements were kept in stock. The customer service was top notch and I would not hesitate using them again.
