Waited until 12:50 PM and checked through the Yelp conversation. They didn't seem to understand what's going on and was going to "call their team". They then replied with a number I need to call to set up another appointment. I'm so confused and frustrated by their process, as it leaves customers hanging in the air. So I just decided to go elsewhere. If I make an appointment for a two-house window, I assume they would come within that window. Otherwise, what's the point of making an appointment?

This was an emergency job as there was a very large limb hanging directly over our home. We had several companies come to look at the tree the morning after the storm. Two of those companies wouldn't even give us a quote as they said that the job was either to difficult, dangerous or both. Not only did Arcadia Outdoor Services remove the tree but they did it safely with no damage to our home or property and all for a very good price! Ben was professional and made sure that the tree was removed without damage to our property but also took the utmost care to make sure his team was safe in the process.
