They arrived within the scheduled timeframe and finished in under and hour. The only thing that was a bit odd was the guy who showed up to clean the carpets was just wearing street clothes and a hoodie, nothing that identified him as working for the company, and had what appeared to be an unmarked van. I would prefer a more professional appearance/branding for safety reasons when letting someone into my home.

Our initial plan was to have the carpets cleaned, but after speaking with Randie, the owner of Carpet Master, and explaining the extent of the damage, we realized that full carpet replacement was the only solution. Even though we had to cancel the cleaning, Randie spent a generous amount of time walking us through the entire process of removing pet odors, explaining different carpet materials and brands, and even helping us figure out the best places to purchase new carpet. Randie and his wife--the owners--are truly top-notch humans. In the middle of a stressful and overwhelming experience, they were the bright spot. They genuinely care about people, not just profit, and it shows in every conversation. We ended up hiring them to clean the carpets in our rental property and can't imagine using anyone else. It feels good to spend our hard-earned money not only with experts in the field, but with people who truly care. We honestly cannot recommend them enough.

The young man did a good job on most of my carpet, missed a few obvious spots but what I am most disappointed about is the fact that it was a rotary cleaner, not an extraction cleaner. This is the first time I've had to drag out my carpet cleaner after getting it done by a professional.
