Daisy's Lunchbox Cafe and Bakery is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The interior is charming, clean, and decorated with a friendly, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger and enjoy your meal. The menu has a fantastic variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious. My sandwich was perfectly made, fresh, and flavorful, and the baked goods were incredible--soft, perfectly sweet, and clearly made with care. The coffee was rich and hot, and it complemented my meal perfectly. It's obvious that they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in everything they serve. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. My order was ready quickly, and they even offered helpful suggestions when I asked for recommendations. What really sets Daisy's apart is the attention to detail and the care put into every part of the experience. From the presentation of the food to the friendly service, every aspect felt thoughtful and welcoming. I left feeling completely satisfied and impressed. I would highly recommend Daisy's Lunchbox Cafe and Bakery to anyone looking for a delicious meal, fresh baked treats, and a truly welcoming cafe experience. I will definitely be coming back again and ag read more

I called at 2:18 and the nice lady on the phone allowed me to get some poppy seed chicken to go even though lunch ends at 2 which is very kind of her. They sell out of baked goods fast so get there early at 11am. The poppy seed chicken was sadly disappointing as I am not at all exaggerating when I say there were exactly two small cubes of chicken in what was actually rice casserole. The rice wasn't bad tasting but just entirely mislabeled. Single cinnamon rolls were sold out so I got a half dozen for around 8 bucks. They were soft and tasty and not too sweet without being dry at all. The chocolate chip cookie earned this review the stars it has. It was soft and smelled of made from scratch ingredients- delicious flour and butter flavors with good chocolate chipping and soft but not falling apart texture. Very good cookie right here! Sadly the "Death by Chocolate" cupcake was actually a dry chocolate muffin with a topping of hard yet flavorful chocolate frosting with darker chocolate glaze and chocolate chips. The frosting came off the muffin in one hard chunk and was tasty but the dry muffin was not enjoyable. The monster cookie was like the CC cookie- homemade, soft, so flavorful, and all around fantastically done. The honey pecan chicken sandwich came on a really delicious soft sweet roll. It came with chips and choice of side. The chicken salad did have some small pieces of pecan but there was no honey flavor. It tasted like the dill sprinkled throughout which was still tasty. read more

What a delightful surprise. We moved my son in to Harding and needed a spot for lunch. Three of the four of us are celiac. They were amazing and very knowledgeable. I actually am a hobby baker and I can say I have never had such a delicious gf cinnamon roll in my 11 years of being celiac. I have extremely high standards and this was fabulous. My daughter had a sandwich and said the bread was amazing (both made in house). Know that the GF cinnamon rolls is not something they have all the time. If you want her to have them for you be sure to call ahead and let them know you will be coming. Hats off to the chef!! read more

So glad we came here upon a recommendation! The service is wonderful and the food is excellent! Will make this regular stop when visiting our daughter. read more

Extremely rude staff. Would rather sit and gossip than take orders. Absolutely no options for kids but make sure they take advantage of opening up on days activities for KIDS are happening on the square. Wouldn't even let me order a burger bun with a piece of cheese on it. The cinnamon rolls are good, but I will NOT ever give them another penny of my money. The staff needs to really grow up and actually the adults were more the problem than the teens/young adults. One of them actually apologized profusely that I was given a hard time. read more

We enjoyed a lovely Chicken Pot Pie, the Tuesday special, on a particularly overcast day.... it was perfect comfort food! The star shaped pastry on top was just an added bonus... It came with a side salad that was very fresh. The free Cinnamon Bun that was offered afterwards was the icing on the cake! Yum!! read more

First the pros... The restaurant is quaint in decor. The pastries such as the cupcakes are fantastic and the complimentary cinnamon bun after your meal is a great touch. The cons... The food is average. It lacks flavor and is more in line with say a Frankie's Cafeteria or a church social. Example, I have tried two different entrees here. Most recently I tried their hamburger. Immediately you could tell it was a frozen patty that you might get at Walmart in the boxes. They only offer American cheese which you can tell is the packaged processed cheese. The bun however was ok. Their chicken and dressing is also very bland in flavor and lacks seasoning. My wife got the enchilada special and it also was very bland. I believe they cater to an older demographic that is uninterested in flavorful food. Lastly, who appears to be the main waitress for the restaurant, has an uninviting personality. It is very standoffish and she seems very uninterested in if you enjoy your food or not. There is no greeting, no introductions. It is a "sit wherever, what would you like to drink, and do you know what you want to order" conversation. There is no "how is everything, can I get you anything, or thank you for coming". As of now, I would not recommend this place to anyone other than the little old lady's looking to feel like they are having a lunch social somewhere. This is not a restaurant that focuses on good quality food with flavor or quality portions. read more

Cute atmosphere but I can't provide feed back on the food. I walked in waited in line behind woman checking out and was told I could sit anywhere. It was freezing cold and I just had an uncomfortable feeling the two women working were chatting up a storm rather than giving me a menu or taking a drink order. It was just myself and my baby it's a small place but I didn't see a high chair nor was i offered one. I just felt like it was a local restaurant for LOCALS only and left. I am geographically separated from my spouse and it's nice to go somewhere and get great service when you're waiting on a little one 24/7. read more

The food here is always like home made. I've never had anything from here that wasn't amazing. And the extra little surprise after every meal makes my day!!! read more

This was our first visit to Daisy's Lunchbox. It was amazing! The atmosphere and service was outstanding. You truly felt like you were in a home and not a restaurant. The food was simply incredible. Definitely, a "must try" restaurant when in Searcy. read more

We ate here for lunch today, it was very good, clean and busy, food came out quick and was hot and delicious i got a grown up grilled cheese n soup and my wife got baked ziti n a salad. The sweet tea is super good. Cinnamon roll was too sweet for me. The ladies were very nice and polite and it felt like i was at home here. Tho it is a very ladies type place. I really enjoyed it. Overall great dining experience and we will be back soon. read more

The BLT spinach wrap and the BLT sandwich were excellent. Generous portions with the right amount of condiments with a side of potato chips (pasta salad was an altetnate). As we were finishing our lunch we were brought an iced cinnamon roll. It was fresh, soft with just enough icing. What I rrally came in for was the peanut butter roles that were highly recommended to us. Unfortunately, they only have them on Tuesdays. However, Susan was able to accomodate us. As I was traveling back to California, she provided me with a 1/2 dozen frozen rolls and the peanut butter topping. I'll add an update on the rolls later. read more

Me and my wife made reservations to host a baby shower here. We were promised, and paid for enough food for 25 to 30 people along with decorations (to match the them of pink). what we got was food for maybe 10 people and 0 decor. When we brought it up to the owner, all she said and had to offer was that it was not her problem. i will not be returning nor recommend anyone to this restaurant. read more
