I go there pretty regularly. I always find something to buy - and sometimes several things to buy. They do have a rewards program which is nice. They are currently having a sale with great prices and I found 3 items and each was only $3. The only negative is trying to sell stuff there. I took 2 plastic kitchen garbage can bags full of clothes and they hardly took anything. I felt like half of it was pretty sellable. They gave me either $12.80 in store credit or $9 something for cash. I took the store credit and bought a pair of pants. They are very friendly there, which I really like too. It is a place that is geared more for younger people and so I can understand why they didn't buy a lot of my things, but I used to sell a ton of my stuff in Amarillo at a store that had more space. So, I know my things are sellable. Some of my things even had the original tags on them and had not been worn. I'll definitely keep shopping there. read more

I am my disappointment with the service I received at Daisy Exchange located at 7104 S Sheridan Rd, Tulsa, OK. My recent experience was unsatisfactory for several reasons and I feel compelled to bring these issues to everyone's attention. First, I visited the store with a large amount of gently used clothing, expecting a professional and fair evaluation. Despite the fact that many of the items were in excellent condition and included quality brands, only a few items were accepted, and I received no clear explanation for the refusals. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued, especially after spending time and money to bring my items in. Additionally, during my visit, it seemed that the criteria for what items are accepted were excessively restrictive and inconsistently applied. When I looked around, I noticed similar items on the sales floor that appeared comparable to what I had brought in, which made the rejection of my clothing feel arbitrary. While I understand that resale stores must be selective, I believe customers deserve clear criteria, respectful communication, and professional evaluations. I hope Daisy Exchange will review its processes and update their website indicating more details as what they are accepting to avoid confusion. I would look for a different consignment store to sell your items as this store in Tulsa Ok is a waste of your time. read more

I love visiting Daisy Exchange every time I'm in town. I can always find something to take home - especially in the winter, when their sweater selection is fantastic. The staff is consistently helpful when I need to try things on, and they're always so sweet. It's one of my favorite places to add to my closet! read more

Bad experience here. Won't buy anything that's not super new or a popular name brand. Brought in a large amount of nice clothing and they denied all of it. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them. read more

LOVE Daisy Exchange!!! My favorite place to thrift for sure I always find something nice and they regularly send coupons so you always get a great deal. I've gotten Vans here for $12 and $16 and though I haven't sold anything to them yet they have much better rates than other local thrift stores. Remember though this is a thrift store so its not gonna be like normal retail, but I love it. Definitely more high end thrift quality but still with amazingly low prices. I recently visited the Tulsa store, to look for booties - mine- that were stolen by a porch pirate! I figured that a store that buys mdse up front might be a good place to look, for my missing package. I did not find my missing mdse here. A store employee told me that if I found them, they would not disclose whom they bought them from ( fair). I told them, if I found my stuff, I'd snap a picture and add that information to my police report. read more

The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I love that I can stay and look around or leave and they call me when it is finished being looked at. I take clothes in there all the time, they are selective on what they take but that just mean they carry really good clothing on the floor. This place used to be really good- not sure what happened. I use to sell my clothes that I no longer wore without any problems or issues. The last 3 times I've been in, I tried to sell recent and in-fashion items. I'm talking a few shirts and a couple pairs of jeans that were only a couple months old, but the girl who checked them out hardly looked at them before she called me over and said "sorry, but we can't take these. They're just really as-is and not in style." Really??? I gave them a Lulu Lemon jacket in perfect condition (it's too big for me). No stains, no snags or holes. And that's "as is" to them? Wow. Yet I bought a pair of LL leggings once and they had a hole in them. They were not listen as an as-is item. Not to mention how rude the associate was and her attitude. You don't say that to a customer- that's a great way to make sure they don't come back. Very sad how this place has gone down in customer service and quality. Won't be back. read more

I go in there to browse around about once a year, I always find something cute to wear! It would be more often if it wasn't such an unfriendly atmosphere. The staff's cold demeanor always surprises me. They make me feel very unwelcome even when the store is completely empty of other shoppers. They have never asked if I need assistance, offered me a smile, nothing! I mean, never. It's like they go out of their way to be unpleasant. When they were located near Woodland Hills off Memorial the environment was much more friendly. I'm not sure why or if that changed the staffing. The folks at the Daisy Exchange in OKC are always super nice & I always find a lot more stuff to buy when I'm there; probably because I don't feel so unwelcome. I've been going to Daisy's for like 4 years, even at their old location, the prices are awesome for the quality of stuff you get! Clean, almost brand new clothes vs. other consignment shops. They also have the cutest shoe selections & I can always find something my boyfriends style in the men's section as well! I went with a suitcase full of clothes just a few minutes ago and those uppity bitches would not even take a Michael Kors item because of the "material." I will never go back there again! And to be honest, the clerk who examined my stuff looked at me and my beautiful clothes I brought in like trash and treated me like I was below her standards and that really boiled my blood! I'm so surprised Daisy doesn't have higher ratings! I absolutely love this store and have always had super sweet associates every time I'm in. Which is often haha. They have an amazing selection with cute clothes in good condition. Their workout section is amazing. As far as selling clothes, they've always taken several of my things for what I think is a very fair price. If they don't take your stuff, try not to take it personally. It could very well be that they are just currently overstocked and don't need to take in much inventory. Daisy is the best! read more

The staff was nice, but I was highly disappointed with the amount of money they give you for your items. I had tags still on some items that they offered me two dollars for (they were high priced items). Not to mention there was over a $30 difference between store credit and cash. This is the worst consignment shop ever I have brought things in their to sell probably over 20 times and they have never bought anything from me but a 300$ Michael kors purse and offered me like 15$. They have plenty of inventory to choose from but as others have said, they sure do not seem interested in buying people's clothes. I took in an entire trash bag full of clothes and within 5 mins they said they didn't want any of it. I'm not even sure they actually looked at what I had brought in. This place sucks. Do not give them your business!!!! I called before hand explicitly asking what they do and don't take. I show up with a LARGE amount of clothing and shoes, brand names, in next to new condition (always line dried), smoke and pet free, neatly folded. They tell me I can drop it off with them to go through it, so I do and come clear back and they tell me they couldn't take ANY of it. What the heck!?! This place is ridiculous - who do they think they are, Echo?! The workers were hateful and demeaning about not taking my items. Do not give them any business.
