I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

Sylvia & her staff are completely thorough, even meticulous in carrying out their work. My house is so clean, I swear the tile floor looks like its colors have changed to four shades lighter. They used to look like dark gray tiles, but I now realize they are instead a lovely shade of medium brown! I think they must have mopped & rinsed, mopped & rinsed at least five or six times -- until the rinse water itself was sparkling clean. If you need the greatest cleaning team, give Sylvia of Daisy Cleaning, LLC., a call. Sylvia, the owner of the company is at every job with her two ladies. They show up in their company shirts and head to their designated areas. They're very professional, friendly and fast.
