They are multiplying like rabbits these days. The inside of it is nothing to be desired but they make a tasty sandwich plus fries. When I first came here I wasn't sure what to expect. Sandwiches are huge. Fries are thin and crispy. I have gravitated to the rouge as its their rendition of tandoori chicken with mayo, cheese and in their special bun. They offer you a big selection of their mayo based sauces. You can even buy some to take home. I went with the spicy. It's a big meal and would be great after bar food. Recently I visited this Harvey's because I have coupons for it. I used to hate going to Harvey's, subways, or any fast food where they ask what you want in your sandwich, having variety and able to be selective are good thing, but I just wanted the fast food. Additionally, going to this restaurant in Quebec is not as easy for me as my French is not as good. I have always drive past this place many times in years but never interested in coming. But I'm glad I did. The place is clean, employees whom took my order are very friendly and polite whom also serve in English without hint of impatient. AND the beef burger is awesome!!!! Huge Difference between the pattie being cook in the stove vs microwave. I really liked this place compare to other fast food chain restaurant. I tried the chicken burger, it actually took longer to make compare to the beef one and I had the spicy chicken, I found it too spicy for me. I had poutine as well, it's a bit toward the salty side. But Harvey's is know for the beef I believe, the other is just extra to me.

Food has no flavor I had to add salt for flavor. Service was good though. Ambiance was good as well.read more

The hotdog, not natural (nitrates and phosphates). No one said this was health food. Here's the thing, meaning no disrespect to those who grew up with these doggies but they are just hotdogs. Love the addition of the slaw but still just hotdogs. Inexpensive. $2.50 - $3.50 each. Great counter service. Nuff said.

The takeout line went fairly fast. We also ordered a black cherry drink, slaw and pickles. The smoked meat sandwich with extremely tender, juicy and tasty. Everything is a bit smaller here ( DR, menu etc). The line snaked around for about 30 minutes depending on the size of your party. ++. Food-wise, theirs' are smoked meats not corned and more limited menu than the American delis. I had the smoked meat with double mustard on light rye with a cherry soda. They don't offer bread choices here. It was warm and came out quickly. It was a tad dry even though I didn't order it "lean" so I added a pickle. You can order it fat if you want it moist. I wouldn't order it lean here. The pickle was very ripe and added some moisture. My sandwich was delicious and hit the spot! ++. Service was fast and easy. The deli service style is very much in line with busy traditional delis with high turns found in NYC and Chicago. Helps if you know what you want when you sit down and order right away. Otherwise, you'll have to flag down the servers or wait 'til they come around again. +. Price was quite reasonable for the sandwich quality and quantity. My sammie, pickle, soda, tax and tips came to $33 CAD. =. Parking is paid street except during this Labor Day weekend, Saint Laurent was closed to vehicles.
