The simple answer was that they let the meat speak for itself. Nothing but fresh, quality beef and a minimalist approach to spice. The lettuce is always fresh and crispy, the tomato is cut at just the right thickness, the onion never includes parts close to the dry outside or hard caps, and always plenty of pickles.
