Went to this Dairy Queen and it was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. The burgers were awful--dry, overcooked, and tasted like they'd been sitting out way too long. Definitely not worth the money. What really made it worse was the manager. Instead of trying to fix the situation, she wanted all the burgers back before doing anything and still refused to give us a refund. No accountability, no effort to make things right just a bad attitude. Customer service like that is unacceptable. If you're running a place, at least stand behind your food and treat people with respect. Won't be coming back. read more

We came for the tacos and weren't disappointed. Service was decent as the joint was packed on a Sunday night. We like the hard shell tacos at Dairy Queen here in Texas. Nothing special but for under $5 you get three tacos and a drink so it's a decent deal. read more

Fast drive thru , great service and as always just good old fashion American favorite... dipped ice cream cones at a great price. What can you say but in summer heat best way to cool off than a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. Reminds all of us of when we were kids. This review is mainly for the customer service of this Dairy Queen (although our Blizzards were great as well). Every employee we met was very friendly, polite and welcoming. But, when we were brought our food, the employee went out of his way to open the door for us when we left. I don't think I've ever had that happen at a fast food restaurant before! My boyfriend said he saw him do the same for someone else. So appreciate this, especially when it's unexpected. Awesome job going above and beyond! read more

I loved that my food was super hot as that is one of my pet peeves, cold food. I had only previously had their tropical blizzard and chili cheese fries. Never had tasted any of their food. I ordered a small order of chili cheese fries (couldn't pass that up) and a Jr burger. Burger was ok, no big deal, but glad that it was nice and hot. Disappointed with the service at this location to say the least. Although our order was taken and made correctly, the line was unnecessarily long with only two other orders in front of us (Both inside the restaurant and in the drive thru). The worst part of our experience happened when we pulled up to the drive thru window and happened to see a worker in the kitchen pissed off with a large order, and funneling fries into meal bags WITH HIS BARE HANDS! Right before we got our order, he was still stuffing food into bags with his hands, now coughing openly in the kitchen around the exposed food. Extremely unsanitary, never coming here again. read more
