Many times your order will be wrong, and the line moves at a snail pace. Tonight I was particularly frustrated because they informed me that they were cash only (which wasn't an issue), and then when I pulled around to the first window they made me wait for ten minutes. Finally a lady came and rudely informed me that I was holding up the line and that I should know that when they're "on manual, the first window isn't used and payment is at the second window." Despite her thick attitude with me, I explained that it was no issue to go to the second window, but nobody ever told me they were on manual or that I needed to skip the first window. I understand that sometimes things don't run smoothly on their end but they need to keep a face of professionalism to customers. Choose somewhere else to spend your money. OMG it's now my favorite pizza EVER!!!!! I'm not going to lie; the thought of a taco pizza made me rethink my order but after taking that first bite then the second and the third, it was almost gone. However, I only received 3 out of 4 nuggets in my $5 Biggie Mac meal and my husband ordered a medium sized meal with the fry container only half way filled (so essentially we paid for a medium and received a small). They were open til midnight and we didn't arrive late by any means. We were there just around 11 and we weren't the only ones in line, so I don't think closing preparations would be the reason. Sadly, it just wasn't handled well (even with the manager present). Hopefully, the next time someone rolls through, they'll be a little more on their "A" game.

My complaint is I ordered a nacho bellgrande promotional item and I got it's smaller cousin, the nacho supreme. I tried to correct their mistake but the person just walks away and hides. I'm not incredibly upset about it but just shows how important their service is. I believe I heard them over talking about the problem before I received my order. I heard an "Uh-oh, we have a problem.....(quiet whispers)....well, just do this...(quiet whispers)". Only shorted me two dollars, but still. At least communicate to the customer and work out a solution. This isn't an algebra problem people! Edit: It helps to look at the receipt. She rang it up as a nacho supreme. So I'm not shorted anything. Just messed up what I wanted. I originally rated as 2-star. Just brought up to 3-star because mistakes do happen but they still didn't want to address my concerns. If they at least talked to me it would've been a 4-star.
