Finally a lady came and rudely informed me that I was holding up the line and that I should know that when they're "on manual, the first window isn't used and payment is at the second window." Despite her thick attitude with me, I explained that it was no issue to go to the second window, but nobody ever told me they were on manual or that I needed to skip the first window. I understand that sometimes things don't run smoothly on their end but they need to keep a face of professionalism to customers. Choose somewhere else to spend your money.
