The moment we walked in I was uncomfortable because why was that someone staring me and old lady not doing anything btw just leaning on some appliances in the back yet after that this guys came up and I was like yes and they said do you have a mobile order I was like yes so then they went to go get it. Tell me why this guy (the one actually working not the first fella) but literally walks up to the counter and he's staring at us while slowly sliding them onto the counter and just staring at our face giving us this weird ass looks whole time we were in there & on our way out together. No one had reviewed Dairy Queen so I will take that honor. I find it really hard to rate fast food places at times. This is what I will say about Dairy Queen. You are coming for the blizzards and ice cream, not the burgers. How can anyone rate ice cream below a 4star is beyond me unless there is awful service. I cant recall the last time I had a burger from this DQ but the last burger I had from one about killed me. DQ is cheap and most people are satisfied with the $5 chicken finger lunches. I would like to say too that this location has been remodeled since the last time I came in. Oh yeah...if it's your birthday, you won't be sorry getting an ice cream cake from DQ. read more

Customer service was great until I asked to have my 2 soured sweet teas and unsweetened sprite replaced. The man asked me if I was trying to get him, I guess he thought I was trying to get something for free. Told him to taste it himself. They replaced the sprite with can sprite no problem, syrup runs out, get another can sprite to replace one tea. Never got the third drink or the sundae that came with my meal. Update: I received the reach out from DQ Management. But I will absolutely never return to this establishment. The way that lady treated me was so very wrong. I will 100% go to McDonald's before I ever come back here. I didn't clarify in my original post so I will here. I went to DQ last night for dinner. At the drive thru I ordered a flamethrower, fried, a coke, and a banana split with extra hot fudge. When I got to the window they gave me a bag and a drink so I waited for my ice cream. The lady then got angry I was sitting there and loudly asked me if I was "lost". I explained I was waiting on my ice cream and she began littering yelling at me that I "didn't order no ice cream, you are holding up my drive thru." I explained that I absolutely did order ice cream and that it wasn't a big deal I was happy to give her my card now to pay for the ice cream. She yelled At me again that "does it look like I got time to place ANOTHER DAMN ORDER? You can't place orders at the window." How is HER not paying attention while I order MY fault?? I am 13 weeks pregnant. I just wanted some food and some ice cream. Instead I was screamed at. I will NEVER return to this establishment. And I pray corporate sees this. If you can't place an order at the window even though you got the order wrong, that's fine. You don't scream at paying customers. Tried to give 0 start but it wouldn't let me. This was hands down the WORST drive thru service I have ever received. The lady at the window was so rude I was almost in tears. Next time I will go to Mc Donald's. This was by far that WORST experience I have ever had in my entire life. Idk how this place is in business. read more
