I stopped here after gassing up on my way through town. Drive though staff was nice, but my order got messed up. I tried to order just a cheese quesadilla (not a combo) and got one with chicken and olives. I hate olives, and could not safely pick them off while driving on the highway. Mission not accomplished. Also, I ended up paying for and receiving onion rings with it. I just wanted a small snack to get me through the last leg of my all day drive. While I want to bump my review up to 3 stars based on the window staff, I won't, because ultimately I missed out on dinner.

The person taking drive through orders had an attitude for no reason and all of our drinks were not right. Pack a lunch instead

5/5 Stars -- Easily one of the absolute best dining experiences in Kentucky…read more We stumbled upon this gem on Main Street in Corbin, KY today, and it completely blew us away. Located in a beautifully restored 1913 Greyhound bus station, it brings a masterclass in farm-to-table dining with original brick-and-mortar charm. It's authentic, eclectic, and classy without an ounce of pretension--you'll feel just as comfortable rolling in fresh off a lake day as you would celebrating a special occasion. What we ordered (and you need to try): Wagyu Sirloin ($29): We need to talk about this. Served with asparagus and a twice-baked potato for $29, this is easily the single best value dish within a 100-mile radius. Unbelievable quality. Salmon BLT Tacos: Pure perfection, especially after a day on the water. Burrata Cheese & Peach Salad: Absolute fire. Fresh and perfectly balanced. Birria Tacos: Exceptionally rich flavor and executed flawlessly. Blueberry Tiramisu & Limoncello: A shocker of a dessert pairing to end the night--completely knocked it out of the park. The Bar: Drinks are poured with a heavy hand and crafted strong. The open-kitchen concept lets you see the passion this team puts into their craft. Huge thanks to Draven for the warm welcome at the door, and to Laura in the kitchen who pointed us directly toward the must-try dishes and nailed every recommendation. Don't let the reasonable prices fool you--this isn't just "good for Corbin." This is foodie-certified, top-tier dining anywhere in the country. A new absolute favorite. Thank you to the whole team for doing what you do!

They were out of several salads so I opted for the bang bang shrimp tacos which were good but bland. The Brussels sprouts were fantastic & I highly recommend them. Prices were reasonable with lots of seating!

They're pretty hit or miss here. Sometimes excellently prepared, sometimes excessively over salted,…read moresometimes just lack of cook's experience. I tried the prime rib special with two sides. Requested medium rare with sides of fried okra and green beans (before realizing green beans aren't in their menu). Our friendly waiter recommended broccoli or asparagus. I chose asparagus which was completely overdone to charred, woody and inedible. I've done that myself at home but this should not have been plated. I didn't mind no asparagus but was surprised it was an up charge (premium side - should've read the menu more thoroughly). Overall, you can't go wrong with the regular fare like burgers and appetizers. It's a clean restaurant with very friendly staff - they make you feel special, almost like family. Give them a try but don't expect quality restaurant cuisine. This is a diner with ambience.

The restaurant was playing "old style" Christmas music (like from the 40's-60's) over the speakers that was very pleasant. There is a full service bar on one side of the restaurant. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The restaurant was very clean. Our server came right over and took our drink order, then our food order. She also brought us a loaf of brown bread with soft butter. We decided to split the grilled salmon with the house made potato cakes and steamed broccoli. It was all delicious! The potato cakes were killer! The best we've ever had! The server said they make them here. They also have them on the appetizer menu. We HIGHLY recommend them!! The broccoli was cooked just right with what tasted like minced garlic and a little Parmesan maybe. Very flavorful. The salmon was topped with a diced tomato relish that was nice. We really enjoyed the entire meal and experience! Our server, Aerial, was wonderful!! We go back and forth between TN and Ohio quite often. We will definitely be back.
