I watched as they pulled the pre-portioned balls of hamburger from the refrigerator, smack it on the counter, smash it with the spatula, then slap it on the grill. The burger was classic - fresh, good tasting, hot off the grill, greasy goodness dressed to your preference. The chili cheese fries were not exactly as expected since I could see a warmer labeled "cheese sauce". Instead the freshly cooked, small batch of fries were covered in a layer of American cheese slices, then chili, then sprinkled with shredded cheddar. They tasted good, but the burger was definitely the star of the show. The staff were attentive but not super-friendly. No smiles and no chit-chat...these ladies were all business.
