The mains are nice (the chicken and mushroom crepe is a great filler), but try to save room for dessert (or come back the next day) - there are great crepes and pancakes to choose from! Prices are nice, considering the portion sizes and quality. Lunchtimes get crowded, but for an afternoon snack (or pre-dinner dessert!) it's a very good choice. If eating alone, you can also pick up one of the newspapers to keep you company! The walls are adorned with various artworks which you can also purchase should one especially tickles your fancy.

After all that, I really want to dislike the place. But, the most annoying thing is that it's among the best coffee in town (as long as you like darker roasts) and the food is often very nice (though their 'signature' sourdough breads are all burnt, and there's no gluten free bread available). The service is a necessary evil to get one of the best coffees in town.
