He did replace the tent, all be it a cheaper version. But when it came to my patio furniture, he would only offer me a used patio furniture set from his personal home. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Tyler responded to my initial message almost immediately and was at my house to start working within 3 hours of our call. The tree they removed was massive--about 3 feet wide and 100 feet tall--but Tyler had it down within an hour. By the next day, the entire area was cleaned up and my yard looked fantastic. A week later, Tyler encouraged me to grind the stump so we could enjoy the yard more, and not have to work around a stump to mow. This did add $500 to my service but it was well worth it. I was impressed with how thorough the job was. There wasn't a trace left in my yard, and it looks as if the tree was never there! Working with Tyler and his wife was a pleasure; they were both friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. I will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects.
