It took 15min after I sent that email to get a response, which I sent after business hours, so they obviously had been getting my emails asking when I was going to get the test. Brad lied in his email saying tests were going out next week and said quote "we truly do not care about your lifestyle choices" of course it's not a choice, but bigots can't help but use bigoted language. My hope is that other queer people see this review so they know not to give their money to to Bill and Brad, or any current or future queer orgs avoid doing business with them. We protect us.

My father has subscribed since 1966 and has cancelled because my mother is very ill and requires lots of care. They put his account into collections - he's never been in collections in his life - because he owes a $21 fee to process his cancellation of an annual renewal which I've never heard of. After being harassed into paying that fee he got another bill for the same amount from the same collection agency the next month. It's shameful. I called yesterday to make sure the cancellation went through and he still had a paper delivered today. What a horrible business. Harassing a long time customer with a very sick wife. I'm writing the Better Business Bureau next and filing a complaint.
