I wasn't sure if extensions would do the trick, but May was so informative during my free consultation and recommended sewn-in beaded rows with 100% human hair genius wefts to help create a fuller look. She also recommended k tips for the front of my crown to add fullness to the thinner parts of my hair. Overall she did a fantastic job. She matched my hair so well when ordering the 100% human hair extensions that I didn't need any color adjustments, saving me time and money on future maintenance. I saw friends and family right after the install and they kept complimenting my hair. When I told them I got extensions they all said "I had no idea, they look so natural!" Throughout the whole process May was so respectful and thoughtful. She even sent me a form where I could let her know prior to the appointment how I would like the environment during the install. It was so nice when she opened up her own place and she has truly done a great job. She has a knack for styling hair just the way you want it and has a nice and friendly staff. Her studio is a bit far away from me, but it's totally worth the drive, and I don't get my hair cut all that often. I have yet to go there since they expanded, but I'm anxious to try out their massage and spa services.
