The place is easy to find, very clean and stylish inside and the technician was so kind and knowledgeable. However I was disappointed they only do electrolysis on gray hairs only. They tried to explain their policy to me on that but it just didn't make sense since electrolysis is permanent hair removal and laser is just faster way to remove hair but not permanent. Both process sting so it's not the pain that's a problem. Anyways I tried laser for the first time and have setup more appointments in the future to see how it goes. I may stick to laser on my armpits and legs.

She is very firm about doing what's best for the skin, which I really appreciate because she is never pushing anything that's unnecessary or might be too much for the skin. I've been doing dermaplaning with her now for about a year and it's my FAVORITE treatment. She is the only person I would ever let touch my face with a 1 inch blade. Dermaplaning is an alternative to microdermabrasion (which I've done at other locations), but nothing makes my skin glow like dermaplaning! Dermaplaning is an exfoliating procedure using a straight-edge blade/scalpel. My skin is always immediately brighter and smoother. The blade removes all excess hair/peach fuzz and dead skin. Dana is extremely gentle and good at communicating, so you know exactly what to expect. I find the procedure to be quite soothing and relaxing. I also love that she uses a high frequency laser to kill bacteria and LED therapy. Dana accesses my skin and from there customizes my treatment. My usual facial procedure begins with a cleanser, followed by Dermplaning or an enzymatic exfoliation (the papaya one is my favorite!) to resurface the skin and then extractions to clear congested pores. I am really eager to do a peel with her and try micro-needling!! Most importantly she is very CLEAN. Everything comes out of sterile packaging and she is constantly sanitizing. She takes cash & credit. The building has a parking lot, but there's also plenty of street parking.

To my surprise Dana's yelp page popped up and showed a few 5 star ratings. So of course I began to do my research which initially led me to her Instagram page. After what felt like hours of me looking at pictures of beautiful clear skin on several people I decided to message her. I wasn't expecting her to answer so quick but she did and I was able to book an appointment the same week. She even gave me her phone number to text her which made it more of a personal experience. While texting, she asked me several questions about my skin and the products that I was using so that she could do research on the ingredients. I was shocked at how interested and thorough she was. One IMPORTANT thing that I'd like to point out is that she doesn't try to sell you on any procedure, rather she asks that she looks at your skin before giving her recommendations - which I truly APPRECIATE. The day before my facial, Dana messaged me to make sure that I knew exactly how to get there since the building is currently under construction. As soon as I got in she introduced herself which was surprising considering I was expecting to be greeted by receptionists who'd make me sit and wait. However, sessions with Dana are on a complete intimate level. Everything is handled by her in her room. She made me feel extremely comfortable as we spoke about my needs and wants in terms of my skin. At the end of our conversation I decided I was going to do dermaplaning which she can better explain than me (so feel free to message her and ask!) as well as follow up with a customized facial. During each procedure, she informs you of exactly what she's doing as well as how it benefits your skin. I felt completely taken care of you guys! You can tell she's passionate about her work because she takes time to customize facials specifically for your skin type. There is NO rush. Dana is very meticulous and it shows. She did a jelly mask with led lights and also performed high-frequency therapy on my skin which destroys bacteria. Overall I left with my skin feeling better than it's ever. I'm just super excited to see how nicely my makeup will apply tomorrow. Already planning my next session - considering the location and prices are unbeatable. Side note- I'm a super anxious person and can't sit for too long however, I was extremely relaxed during the whole session and I was sitting for almost 2 hours. I received a PRP facial yesterday and am so happy with the whole experience. I have never had any…read moremicro needling done in the past (or even a regular facial for that matter) so I was kinda nervous and was unsure what to expect. Farah is so knowledgeable and patient. She takes her time explaining the entire process and expected results. The procedure itself was completely painless, and was fairly quick. After following her instructions for when I got home, I woke up and my face felt so soft and looked less dry and dull than normal. I'm happy with the results even one day later and can't wait to see additional results as time passes awell as results from future procedures (I plan to go back in a month to do this again, as I've read 3-6 sessions 1 month apart show the best results long term). Farah also takes it a step further and advises on what types of ingredients to look for in your daily routine and which to avoid. I sent her the ingredients in my everyday products at home and she pointed out some of the ingredients that could be adding to the inflammation and irritation I experience with my skin! But Azary made sure to inject minimal filler on my bottom lip (which is already pretty full) and balanced out my lips by putting more in my upper lip. He also gave me a lip balm with spf because I told him I was going on a cruise. He seemed to have a lot of clients before and after me which I took as a good sign. Despite this, he took his time to talk to me and engage with me like an old friend rather than a new client. The rapport was great as was his bedside matter. My lips look great and I feel like I met a reliable, competent, and new professional to take care of my cosmetics needs. Definitely will be returning in the future and recommend him to anyone and everyone!
