They did approximately 9700 worth of work on the truck (4+ trips to their shop) to supposedly get the truck in "good driving condition". Supposedly the truck was checked to ensure it was in good driving condition prior to the last visit. We may have driven it 4-5 times since they did the work. Recently we had to have the truck towed to a certified Ford mechanic who told us the serpentine belt was coming apart, the serpentine belt tensioner was broken, the lower charge boot looks damaged and has a boost leak, possible oil leak, passenger side up pipe is cracked, the water pump is leaking and more. I don't normally write bad reviews. While Jason was always helpful in answering questions, I feel they pretty much screwed us out of almost 10 grand as we would have never bought the vehicle if we knew how many problems the truck really had.

The receptionist was very nice and introduced us to Justin in sales. We explained we were just looking and curious about the Bronco. He was very understanding and did not push a sale at any point during our interaction. Justin let us take the Bronco for a short test drive and further explained some of the features that this specific trim had. We got back to the dealership, walked around the vehicle for a bit and then he asked what we wanted to see next. This blew my mind. There was not one moment that I felt like I was expected to buy something. It really felt like an old friend that was showing off some vehicles. We ended up deciding to test driving the Explorer. Just like the Bronco, my wife and I were both very impressed. This time once we returned to the dealership, we asked Justin to run some numbers on the Bronco. He did so quickly and was able to provide a very competitive price. At that point we shook hands and left the dealership. After a few hours and some research, we decided to go back to the dealership and make the purchase. Justin and the rest of the team were very professional, kind, and helpful throughout the buying process. Once the sale was complete, Justin went over all the features in the vehicle with us and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this location and although I'm certain the other sales reps are just as helpful, ask for Justin. He sets the standard for customer service.

Throughout our interaction, he was unable to communicate clearly or maintain a professional demeanor, even failing to make eye contact during our conversation. Effective leadership is essential to a positive car-buying experience, and unfortunately, the management here does not meet those standards. If you are looking for a transparent and respectful environment to purchase a vehicle, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
