Verdict: The Ribs were absolutely the best. HUGE and well smoked. They don't really need BBQ sauce, but it makes a good addition. The BBQ sauce is light and different but surprisingly tasty. The chicken was pretty decent. If you want chicken, it'll do the job just fine, but I'd focus on the ribs. The beans were very different, but also pretty good. I'd definitely come back here if I'm in Rome again.

The homemade bread that was served was really interesting and quite tasty with plenty of flavor in each different type of bread. It was very quiet and we practically had the whole restaurant to ourselves, which was pretty expected in the middle of December. If we ever find ourselves back in Latina again, we will definitely return.
