There are some other Italian restaurants in town, but none are as good as Colosseo. The salads, pastas, and pizzas are all made fresh to order and there's no cutting of corners... The food is simply outstanding, along with the attentive and accommodating service, and the laid back atmosphere. My only suggestion is to either request to sit on the right side of the restaurant or on the front patio... They've added a kids play section on the back left side of the restaurant that can be rather annoying (unless you love screaming rug rats doing their best WWE impressions). If you're looking for an excellent Italian joint in GP, look no farther than Pizzeria Colosseo.
