I was kicked out of the salon yesterday by the drama queen who is the manager, because she said I was yelling at her; I say I was not yelling, but I did interrupt her because I had already heard what she was saying. And I'm not like the Elon University student that she was bragging to me about kicking out previously and won't tolerate it. I did not curse her or threaten her. I told her I wanted to speak to upper management and she told me she was calling them to get me out of the salon. I also invited her to call the police, but her real motive I believe is to assert authority and have something to tell other customers, as I watched her do from my car yesterday, which is very unprofessional. A Sun Tan City employee has no right to talk to me like she did. Again, she could have called the police if she felt threatened, but that's not her game. I know I was told something was going to be done and it was not. Plus, there is no transparency there. You can be told anything, but things can be changed in the computer system, as I can attest to because I know the one time I actually saw my account on the screen the amount they had me paying for my membership was incorrect. And I want a pro rated refund of the membership I bought because I'm not going back to Sun Tan City, nor do I intend to be spoken to like she did me again, telling me I have to leave because she doesn't feel I'm listening and speaking to her correctly, At almost 70 years old, I don't believe I posed a threat to her in any way and again, I'm not an Elon student who may need to let her parents know what happened in her situation.

I signed up, paid, tanned, and figured I would ask questions later. I went back a few days later and asked the lady at the front if they had a stand up bed. She very rudely responded and told me I was told that when I signed up. I explained to her what happened when I signed up and that it was not a big deal but I wasn't informed. She then asked if I just wanted to end my membership? Wtf? I said you know what? I do! The owner then came up and asked what the issue was I told him. He had the audacity to look at me and ask what does it matter? Wow! This place is awful! I am super white and wanted to try out a spray tan for my upcoming wedding. I do not trust the spray tan booths and wanted to find a person to do it. Hand spray tanning unfortunately does not seem to be super popular in this area. After reading what people had to say about Amy I booked her and drove from Winston to Greensboro to ensure an even and not orange spray tan. Amy was really nice and she did an awesome job. I got a ton of compliments on it and people mentioned it being the best spray tan that have seen. I think a lot of people have had bad spray tan experience and are hesitant to do it again, give Amy a call she will not disappoint!
