As someone who loves, but essentially knows nothing about flowers, they were extremely patient and generous in their customer service - we met with them a number of times and were a bit clueless, but they expertly put together our vague ideas into tanglible, beautiful arrangements which were exactly what we wanted. They offered us a great price - particularly as some of the flowers that we wanted were quite expensive (who knew that roses were much more expensive than peonies?!) and the results really lifted the church and the venue. All in all, a great service, great price and gorgeous flowers.

Ordered a cross and a small handheld size posy(from great grandchildren) for a funeral. Only cross…read moreturned up, with both cards on the cross. In back of limousine, on way to cemetery, enquiring where other flowers were. Explanation They had been left in back of van, by accident. Flowers that turned up at 2.30 (time of cremation!) were a sheath wrapped in cellophane. Refused to offer any refund, unless I went back to cemetery to collect the sheath. (This happened to be 3 days after funeral.) They also said that they had not phoned, due to our grief. Apparently, even if you order more than one lot of flowers from them, then all the cards will only be put on the one flower arrangement. Their excuses and response were absolutely disgusting. Their one redeeming feature is that the cross was lovely. That is why they have earned one star

I do not make a monthly direct debit to PDSA and choose to help when I can by donating to the shops…read moreinstead. This is one of the branches I make donations to and when I am in dropping them off I stop for a look around the store. It is a small shop but does have a range of new and old merchandise. New pet range as well as new childrens books and toys the last time I was in the branch. The staff are friendly and chatty. I have bought their celebrity and their pets calender as gifts for some friends last year and will do again this year
