Their customer satisfaction, price competition & overall presentation is outstanding, professional & most of all welcoming. Compared to the other retailers around, they offered audiophile level equipment. For context, this is inside a 2019 Mazda Miata RF. Went with C5 650 Component speakers for the front 2 doors, juicing them with a JL XD400/4v2. And a MicroSub 250w subwoofer. They went with a concealed install, all the components, amps & wiring are non visible. It's almost like no one had touched my car, until I turned the volume up. The detail & sound stage that these produce is unmatched to anything I've ever heard. They're absolutely worth it if you're picky about your sound quality. They're warm, detailed, & just a joy to listen to. Above all, I'm extremely pleased with the job, there's no other place I'd go if I needed the same thing done in the future. Don't hesitate to drop some money on a quality sound system, it's worth it.

This guy had the nerve to burn and melt her door panel, and NOT SAY ANYTHING TO US ABOUT IT. I dropped my wife off to pick up her car, and we met back at home. She saw it when she parked in the garage and was getting out. I went straight back over there, and Zeke admitted to burning the panel and trying to cover it up. I asked him to pay for a new one, and he wanted to get his buddy at another Nissan dealership to steal a panel off a new car and swap it out with my wife's. I told him I didn't want any part of that, and I wanted him to pay for it. He refused, and kept saying he wanted to get one from his friend. I called Channel 5 News, and they did a report on it. He was very polite and knew what had to be done, very professional in all ways. Told me what needed to be done to get the new insert order and into my window. Said it might be 2 weeks to get the order back, but they received it in one week. They called and the same technician can back that day and got the job completed.
