I researched a few monogram spots but decided to go to a Black owned shop in South DeKalb Mall. I arrived on July 4 th, gave specific , instructions on what I needed, paid my deposit and left with a clear written understanding it would take two weeks to complete. On July 17th, I went to the store to retrieve my jersey and Rob told me he had not started on it yet, really, you have had it in your possession 17 days. I went back on the 18th and still he has not started on my jersey. Rob asked me to come back on Sunday as he will come in early before they open and work on the jersey. Again, I went back on Sunday but now he can't find the jersey. I had to pretend to need to use the restroom so I can walk off my anger. When I came back, he AGAIN still not started on my jersey. He promised if I came back on Monday (20th) he would have the jersey ready. I said to him, "I will give you some grace, meet you in the middle and come back Tuesday. Needless to say on Tuesday the 21, he had not started on my jersey. We are three weeks in and he had not even touched my jersey. At this point I asked for my deposit and my jersey back. This man had the nerve to tell me; he will not be rushed. RUSHED, you had three weeks to finish my jersey. You need to either get some help or be honest about your turn around time. I drove out of my way and by passed a white establishment to support this business. NEVER AGAIN. Don't ever get so cocky that you stop providing customer service. Like I told him, you don't know what is standing at your counter. I could have made a phone call and made life hard. But brother, keep doing you, you need to change your business practices when it comes to customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star.
