From the very beginning, we wanted a builder we could truly trust to handle the entire project from start to finish, and ibuilders completely delivered. Alan guided us seamlessly through the design process. He made sure to maximize every square foot of the layout, incorporated all our specific requirements, and brought super helpful suggestions based on his team's depth of experience. They took care of all the permitting with the city, which made what could have been a stressful process completely hassle-free. In addition to building the ADU itself, they upgraded our main electrical panel and completed hardscaping around the unit to give us a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space. If you are considering building an ADU, I cannot recommend Alan and ibuilders enough. I'm happy to speak to anyone who is interested in learning more about our experience with them!

Luis and his team spent about 30 minutes understanding my requirements and provided detailed and honest feedback. They explained that since my existing patio is built with Alumawood, enclosing it with a regular wood frame would not be appropriate. The proper options would be either to remove the existing structure and rebuild it from scratch or use a specialized Alumawood sunroom system. Even though iBuilders Design and Build could not take on my project, I truly appreciate Luis and his team for their transparency, professionalism, and willingness to provide honest guidance upfront. Their responsiveness and helpful advice made the process much clearer for me.

We interviewed several design firms and found these ladies to be most professional and the easiest to work with. They guided us through the entire remodel process and provided us with complete auto-cad renderings. I normally have trouble visualizing how things will look, but these renderings allowed me to see and understand what the finished look would be. Their designer (Patrice) walked us through the entire process and worked with us with changes until we found the perfect design. They brought in several great contractors. They took full responsibility of managing their contractors. They were on time and on budget. NO SURPRISES! Their design fees were worth every penny. My wife said that they actually saved us money. We highly recommend these people.

Being technically and mechanically inclined, I had many questions on the roofing details, and existing conditions I wanted to be addressed. I had two goals for this project: to have a quality long lasting roof, and an aesthetically pleasing roof that complements the house. I watched the project installation pretty closely and i must say Momentum construction consistently proved that they met and exceeded all of my expectations, communication, professionalism, quality, honesty and clean-up. We invited a number of roofing contractors to bid on our project, and chose Momentum construction based on my interactions with them. there are not the cheapest bid i had and there is a also waiting list, but it was well worth the wait to get the level of quality and dedication that they bring. If you need a roof, I have the highest recommendation for momentum construction - they've earned it

Short review in the middle of a project:…read more This is a highly ethical company with great people to work with. I've been very happy with their work so far. The reason I'm writing this review is that I'm not feeling heard by them regarding cleaning up after their work. There have been numerous times workers have come over and left dirt, dust, debris, or not cleaned up, or put up plastic barriers. I've asked them at least half a dozen times to ensure when workers come over, that is an expectation to clean afterwards. Often it's as simple as sweeping, other times it's dirt that infiltrates the entire house. These all could have been avoided with precautions, then I'm left to clean for half the day or hire cleaners. I hope I can convince them this is really important.

5-star interior design studio!…read more My wife and I had a house that needed fixer-uppers, and initially, we had no idea how to get started. I found Muii design through a friend's recommendation. In the first consulting conversation with YJ, she already answered many of the questions we had, and immediately did an on-site examination the next day. She carefully took notes of mine and my wife's preferences and chatted about a few possible options that can meet our budget. For example, she suggested we keep some of the furniture which I originally wanted to replace, as it has a classic look and shouldn't be too hard to fit in a new design. She also showed us pictures of some previous projects, and roughly their respective price point. Those pictures look really nice, while the price point sounds fairly reasonable to me. We definitely felt a lot less stressed after her first visit. After hiring Muii design for our project, they quickly sent us drawings of two different ideas. It took a few iterations to converge on the final design, but they were always very patient and focused on our needs throughout the process. YJ even accompanied us to do shopping at a few local hardware and tiling stores and offered her sharp insight into what are the pieces (among all the available items) that can really come together and present a harmonized and designed look, unique to our house. In the construction stage, they worked closely with contractors and us to resolve nits and grits issues, and quickly addressed them together or found plan-b so there was no big waste in terms of time and money. In the end, our house looked just like one in the magazine. The investment is so worth it, particularly during the COVID period when we stay at home longer. I sincerely recommend Muii's business to everyone, you won't find a better one.
