Stopped servicing and one of his people came by to take over with another partner. Cut once then disappeared.

Pullen's Lawn & Landscape Service

(1 review)

I was recommended to Pullen's Lawn & Landscape Service by a friend of the owner, Jack Pullen. When…read moreI called, Jack came out immediately to assess my yard, and he listened to my needs for not just lawncare, but surveying and stump grinding as well. Jack's price to mow my yard was $20 less per mow than any others I had received quotes from. Joel, his lawncare maintenance man, has done an awesome job maintaining my yard. Jack serves his community by not only being a full-time fireman for Bradley County, he is also a volunteer fireman for my small community of Charleston. He is honorable, trustworthy, and an upstanding citizen. We need more business owners like Jack who care about their customers and treats them like family. Thank you Jack!

We hired this contractor to extend and enclose our patio in our backyard. The original estimated…read moretimeline provided was 7-13 weeks. The project began on August 18, and it has now been 20 weeks, with the work still not completed. Throughout the duration of the project, tools, equipment, and construction materials have remained in our backyard, which has significantly limited our ability to use the space. The ongoing presence of these materials has also made the backyard unsafe for our children to play in, which has been a major concern for our family. Communication from the owner, Cam, has been inconsistent, particularly over the past 8 weeks, with very limited updates regarding progress or completion timelines. The photos attached accurately reflect the current state of the project, including unfinished handrails, missing lattice, outlet covers, door handles and closing arms, and a required support beam that has not yet been installed. While the project initially started off well, our experience over time has been disappointing due to delays, incomplete work, and communication challenges. Based on our experience, we would not choose this contractor again.

He suggested the wiring was bad in my ceiling although my fans ran for 10 years prior without fail . He said he was going to have his electrician friend come look at them and then he would finish wiring them up . I never heard from the electrician . I messaged Travis three different times and he said he would check with his friend . He did not give me a phone number when I asked he wouldn't even give me his phone number when I asked . I paid him over $400 to hang the two fans which are still not connected . The last time we texted he said he would come the next day to hang the one fan but he refused to do anything with the other fan that might be burnt up due to a previous person using the wrong wires . I figured one fan would be better than no fan in the meantime I ordered a new fan just in case but he said he would not be hanging that fan . Not only did he not show up I never heard from him again . I paid over $400 and I am no better off than I was before . I'm probably going to have to pay the same amount again to have the fans actually connected. I do not recommend his service . I feel like if the job was something he could not do or could not finish then he should have not charged me or at least given a partial credit so I could pay someone else to come out and finish the job . As it stands I have two fans hanging with all the wires sticking out of the ceilings
