We wanted to work with someone we could trust to sell the first home my husband and I purchased together. The time she took to explain the process, prepare our home with a stager and promote our home listing was top notch. The photos were out of this world! Shannon worked with us every step of the way and answered every question we had immediately. She always kept us informed during every stage. We had some difficult moments and Shannon was able to help us move forward with ease, negotiate and go above and beyond the call of duty! Most homes in our neighborhood were on the market 4+ months but with Shannon, we were able to get our home under contract in under a month! We could not be happier with the final sell price and experience. We couldn't have done it without her!

From sending us new listings to zoom tours and right down to our closing process, Brandy was there to help guide us. We are homeowners now, and owe a big thank you to Brandy for all of her help with the whole process.
