Please see my review from 7/2/16 and 'Gina Legrands response from 2/25/19. Lets put some facts on my situation. DL Transmission offered 90 days same as cash financing through PFG in Cape Girardeau . DL Transmission (DLT) got $3800 up front, if the dealer needed money for parts DLT could have gotten paid for parts upfront and labor upon successful repair of the vehicle which did not happen. The warranty was explained 3 year 100,000 mile nationwide warranty from Chrysler corp. not Morlan in Cape. Any problems with the transmission after I left DLT would have to go to the dealer any issues before it left the shop would be resolved by DLT. The CVT trans. was purchased directly from Morlan by DLT. DLT putting my name in the purchase order spot is not me buying the trans. I expressed concern over a factory remanufactured trans. and requested a Jasper remanufactured transmission , Darryl said Jasper did'nt reman. CVT trans -this was a lie. I requested warranty papers from DLT, Morlan and Chrysler and no one could produce warranty papers,saying I have warranty papers is a lie. As for why Morlan will not deal with me is because I have never spent any money with them. Morlan would hardly talk to me because of how extremely rude Harley and 'Gina were in dealing with them in the month before I tried talking to Morlan myself. Last of all the most violent thing that happened in DLT's office when I was in there was 'Gina yelling and calling me names trying to get in my face, the verbal vomit flowing from her mouth was by far the most unprofessional thing I have seen in over 25 years of working with customers and vendors. I have never been removed from anywhere by law enforcement, calling your friend, who is a cop, while I was there (after I started to leave several times) is not calling the sheriff and having me removed, this was her biggest lie. To wrap it up Darryl misdiagnosed my vehicle, when 2 reman. CVT transmissions did not fix the problem ( one installed by DLT one by Morlan) he left me with a vehicle that ran the same as when I took it in and did'nt have the integrity to try to work something out. Darryl is OK hiding behind the law instead of standing in front of the truth. read more

I recently had my transmission repaired at D.L. Transmissions and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The price was fair, they finished the work in a reasonable amount of time, and the advice they gave me was solid. Most importantly, the repair was done right. They knew where to source a quality remanufactured transmission that came with a good warranty - that kind of knowledge matters when you're dealing with something this expensive. It's been about four months since the repair and I haven't had a single issue. The transmission feels solid and reliable. I'll definitely be going back to D.L. Transmissions if I ever have transmission problems again. In fact, I'm already planning to bring them one of my kid's vehicles this week because it has a transmission leak. i was having issues with my truck, it's my only transportation, i called other places, they told me it was the transmission. and it would cost between 1500 and 3000 dollars. and i had to bring it to them. and it would be close too 2 weeks, before id get it back, if not longer. but when i called Darrell, and George. explained my problem, they came and p/u my trk. checked it out, and told me i didn't need a transmission, but the solenoid had gone out. and they said they;d have it fixed and could return my trk to my job site so id have a way home. they done a great service and really surprised me with they're honesty and professionism [new word lol] they will get any and all of my business from now on. i highly recommend these guys, they have a family too, and they seem to care about the little guy. thats what makes America great again. I can't say enough about the service at D&L. My BMW was shuddering, the other shops estimates were in the thousands to repair it, the tech at D&L took it around the block and came back and said "it just needs fluid, it'll be about $350" and that was it, a quick service and it was as new after that simple repair, no gouging, no needless add on's just great service. So when the transmission in my Ford Edge went south, D&L was the obvious choice. They went over and above to find me a transmission, the work was done straight away, and at a fair price. I was having transmission problems in my 07 Mini Cooper and they were able to get me in for a pan drop and look around at what's wrong. Sadly, it's a valve body problem so I have to go to the dealership, but they were super helpful with getting my car looked at and telling me how to go about getting my valve body replaced at a discount since the dealership would just try to charge me for a whole new transmission!
