She clearly has a special touch with dogs, and it shows in both her care and attention to detail. Leo's cut is perfect -- neat, stylish, and exactly what I asked for. He looks like a little show dog now, and I can tell he feels great too! Chris even managed to keep his coat soft and fluffy while trimming everything to a very manageable length. I was allowed to view the facility beforehand and was impressed with the setting and cleanliness. The care and comfort for our boys. They have never stayed overnight in boarding before and my Yorkie and I had NEVER been apart before, so I was a little nervous but the staff was wonderful in answering my questions and even sent me a picture of my babies at my request. I have an XXL dog (over 150lbs) and she was so great with my giant boy. We had been turned down by many groomers due to his size and breed, but Janelle knew exactly how to handle him with kindness and patience, no muzzle, no extra straps. He came out looking amazing, nails clipped perfectly, but most of all... He came out so happy and excited like he just spent the day at the doggy park!
