After wading through a stack of paperwork, I was astonished to discover that she had 7 different policies with this company - 3 of them apparently for the same appliance but under a slightly different name, and one for a 'hob' - she has never owned a hob! Mum is confused as to how this has happened and I can only put it down to predatory behaviour from cold calling personel.

I first wanted to think about it and asked them to mail me. Then I received a bunch of emails saying I have signed up. If I reply to cancel, then my email bounces back and says my email is blocked.
