The men who came to our home were respectful of our property, worked quickly & removed everything. What was very impressive is they have a store where they repurpose as many items as possible, give away books for free & also charge for other item they put on the floor. They are a 15-year local family business who gives back to the community thru many charities with the $ they receive from the store. I am a fan & will refer friends, family & neighbors, if asked. Everything was fine until the card on file I used had apparently expired at the beginning of the year. No one notified me. I finally received an email stating that I owed them money, and upon calling immediately to pay my bill today was told that they are going to charge me a $10 late fee. I asked that they waive the late fee since I've never missed a payment and had received no notice that they needed an updated card on file. $10 won't make or break me, but it's the principle. They obviously don't care about their customers.
