However I called him yesterday to unclog a toilet for me at my restaurant and I aske dhim how much and he said, "She will send you an invoice, I don't deal with the money." Then I got the invoice and he charged me $472! Five minutes after getting the invoice, the woman was calling me being ridiculously persistent that I pay it immediately. Anyways, tried to shop local but will not be using this guy again. And if you do... make sure you get the price upfront because he wont tell you.

This review is on behalf of my 80 year old neighbor who had a leaking pipe and an old hvac unit…read morethat WAS working great. Cooper charged her $847 to replace a small section of a 1" pvc pipe with easy access. It would have been $1000 but she signed up for their program to get a discount. After signing up, a tech came out to inspect the HVAC and during his inspection a hole appeared in the coil and all the Freon leaked out. The tech, who I later found out is also a manager there, said that apparently the factory had put a screw in sideways and it punctured the coil so when he unscrewed it, it let the Freon out. So we understand that things can happen but this company just walked away taking zero responsibility leaving my neighbor to have to get the hvac replaced.

Never got back to me. Why use yelp or other services if your not gonna respond. Remove yourself.read more
