The young woman behind the counter was very friendly and chatted with us about the different vaieties of lavendar -- did you know, one is better for sachets and one is better for cooking? We all sampled the lavendar honey -- so good! I am having some in tea as I type this. Also bought a big bag of sachet buds, ome culinary lavendar, & some small purple spray bottles. They're a family-owned, multi-generational farm out in Barrien Springs, Michigan, that offers wholesale, and specializes in fruit. I saw that they had beautiful heirloom tomatoes, so we had to purchase one - can't wait to make a BLT!
