That isn't even the worst portion. Since the venting was not done properly the basement has been filling with Carbon Monoxide and likely portions of our home as well. We are lucky that this didn't result in a worse outcome but as none of the numbers are even connected anymore there is no way to contact them to resolve this issue. Could have been deadly. Deserves negative stars.

We put in a request through our home warranty to put ceiling fans in, was told to our faces we needed to tell the warranty company they did the work so they could get the funds for the fans (our mistake for doing so). Then proceeded to not hear back or get anything done for over half a year. Eventually went and asked for the fans to do the work ourselves or with someone else, and found out they got much cheaper fans than they were supposed to. We wanted so much to give the benefit of the doubt (only having one tech available is difficult I'm sure), but even with a whole crew of techs that wouldn't fix the lack of communication and the downright shady business practices. Horribly discouraged customer.

The control unit is broken beyond repair. Had to hire someone else to come fix what they broke. They will no longer answer the phone. When the home warranty tried to call them, they hung up on them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. You will not get what you pay for.

I had Pearson Plumbing come to my house in Rockford for a sewage backup in my finished basement…read more They were dishonest and incompetent. They claimed to have run a 2" blade 100 feet in a blocked pipe and said it was "Good To Go." The sewage back-up continued and two subsequent plumbers said Pearson could never have run a 2" blade 100 feet. Pearson came back to correct the issue, but did not have the promised hydrojetting equipment needed for the job. This was a waste of our time and money! Pearson could not find a clean out drain and wanted to charge extra for a different "access". Our new plumber easily found the clean out drain in the bathroom. BUYER BEWARE!! USE A DIFFERENT PLUMBER.

Then he'll put something in that doesn't need to be done and try to charge you. It's like he doesn't know what's up so "let's try this and see if it works" I'm not paying you to try and see if you can fix it, if you can't do it just tell us and we'll pay someone who can. Then he'll keep your parts for ransom. He should not be in business.

Our furnace was finally installed correctly after several weeks of cold weather and multiple phone calls to come finish the job. He has yet to finish the cold air returns on our house. You're better off paying more for someone who will finish the job within the same season.
