They always arrived on time, did the job as expected, and attempted to clean up leftover debris. But this time.....we only needed a Leland Cypress topped off and were charged the price of taking it down. The reason given was we had to pay for the time and fuel to come to our home. However, not only did they come a day early, but also when I was driving in our neighborhood a few hours later, I saw the very same truck and crew. Which of course means they were already going to be in our area, yet charged us a time-and-travel fee anyway.

Every time I called, I was told I could not be refunded for missed appointments, and they would be added to the end of the year (mind you, the contract was through November already - who needs their lawn mowed in December?!) We put out project proposals on Yelp twice to be ghosted by professionals. On the second project proposal, I received a swift response from Tom. He offered to come by my house later that week to discuss solutions and provide an estimate. When Tom and his partner, Taren visited, they spent a good amount of time discussing solutions with me. We collectively came up with an idea to use lumber that had been sitting on our property to build a wall. Tom and Taren had put more thought into the solution and called me later to suggest they build a fence with new, pressure-treated wood instead. Tom reasoned that it would last longer than the wood that had been sitting on our property for two years, and it would be significantly cheaper. I highly appreciated the foresight and honesty despite it being a cheaper option. We agreed to the plan and they built the fence Wednesday the next week. They even curved it to help with noise reduction and ensured it was level despite our uneven terrain! I am blown away by Tom and Taren's commitment to their craft and their clients. They fit us in quickly and did a wonderful job building us a beautiful fence! They even care about the small details of client interactions. For example, Tom sent photos and videos of my completed fence while I was at work, and he recommended his favorite wood stain brand to protect my fence from the elements and carpenter bees. I look forward to future business opportunities I can provide to Natural Impressions!
