Cut and programmed a new key for my daughter's car even though my daughter had lost all of her keys. Also made new keys for a security lock box that had no keys. Very reasonably priced and we received very good service. Service was so good I had Dawn make a few more duplicate keys while she was on-site. read more

The company's owner, Dawn, went above and beyond. When my elderly mom got locked out of her house late in the evening, Dawn immediately made her way to my mom. I live several states away and felt helpless. I had called numerous companies and left messages with each one. Only D&M Locksmith called back. Dawn kept constant communication with me and worked quickly and thoroughly, making sure my mom was safely back in her home. And then Dawn continued the text messages to make sure all was complete. Mind you, all of this was after hours. I can confidently recommend D&M Locksmith. She was a huge blessing. Stellar service. read more

Where do I begin? This husband and wife team were able to get me back into my car with 2 new keys. I was visiting friends in New Harmony -- and was to return to Missouri the next day. They drove all the way to New Harmony on a rainy and cold Saturday night -- directly to the hotel parking lot where we were staying within an hour of calling them!!! As Melvin was making me a key his wife shared her umbrella with me as the rain came down. Their prices were so fair and they were so calm and peaceful -- I was grateful. Recommend them highly!!!! read more
