Hi, I wrote a bad review earlier today rating Kevin a "1" - well let me retract that, please. Kevin had the decency to call me back and explain why he had to hang up so quickly. He was sincere and professional and told me that there are 2 phone options for him. If you just have questions, please call his business number at the bottom of his add. If you definitely want to hire him and go through the Google contact, that is fine and he's happy to pay the Google advertising fee, but Google charges him for the contact. So let's help this small business owner out and use the non-Google phone contact if you just have questions. Sharing this info in case others aren't aware of the use of Google. Honestly I couldn't thank 007 lock & key enough! My car was stolen, then found and towed to the police hold yard.. when I was finally able to get my car both keys were not where to be found and my car has to be removed that day or there would be fees... He came out immediately and worked for hours to get me a new keys made and to get my car going. He went above and beyond working hard in the cold for as long as it took! Sometime it just takes the right person! Kevin fixed sticky lock on my truck 05 F150 and made an extra key. On 09 Honda, he fixed sticky lock and add keyless entry and extra key.
