I had a chip replaced at Danny's Family Car wash on Baseline by AJ's TEN YEARS AGO, thinking "It's quick and easy and paid by insurance! What's the big deal?" Ten years of harassing phone calls - THAT'S what. I have reported them, blocked EVERY number they call from, yelled, pleaded, moved out of state (TWICE!) done EVERYTHING I know to do, and STILL they CALL. I cry. They call. I scream. They call. I report. They call. I block. They call from a new number. I complain again. (By the by - if the whole POINT is getting repeat business, how in BLUE BLOODY BLAZES do they think their behavior will accomplish THAT?!) STAY. AWAY. I don't care if you're driving down I-10 with a full on completely shattered windshield and get a ticket for it. Pay the ticket, and have someone ELSE replace it. Every time they call I tell them to put me on the do not call list and they say it's done but I keep getting the calls. Apparently they sold my phone number to some mailing list. Highly Recommend PV Auto Glass - They Even Came All the Way to Mayer!…read moreI recently needed a new windshield and couldn't be happier with the service from PV Auto Glass. Their prices were extremely fair -- significantly better than the big-name auto glass company that everyone uses in the Prescott area. What really stood out was their mobile service. They come right to your house, and they were willing to drive all the way out to Mayer, Arizona for me. I called them, and they had my windshield installed in my front yard the very next day! In contrast, the other big-name place told me they were booked out for at least a month and would have to order the glass. Mike, the technician who came out, was outstanding -- extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also dealt with Tyler, the office manager, who was very personable, nice, and genuinely helpful. That kind of friendly, customer-focused service is rare with other auto glass places in the area. If you need windshield repair or replacement and want fast, affordable service (even if you're a bit outside the main areas like Mayer), call PV Auto Glass. You won't be disappointed!
