In each instance, he has been very professional and quick to correct any issues that have arisin, even issues not related to him. Every landscape project will have issues (weather, product, site, home contractor, etc.), its how a landscape company deals with it that counts. A week after a fairly significant investment in new landscaping which included a rock bed "river"…read moreto direct rainfall down to the lake, we got hit with a serious gullywasher which washed a lot of the rocks into the lake. Wolfrath came right out and repaired that and also replaced several shrubs that did not survive the next winter and overseeded the new grass which didn't take the first time around. Also, Alison has been very responsive opening, fixing, and closing down the new irrigation system.

We put down a $100 deposit and were told it would be about 6 weeks before he made it back out to put the curb in. Due to weather, it ended up being more like 2 months, but whenever I called Ryan for an update, he promptly returned my message and let me know that they would definitely get here. When they finally did, it was a crew of 5 guys who had obviously been working together for a while -- the whole thing start to finish took an hour, and looks fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the final product! Definitely worth the wait, and a company that I'm happy to recommend.
