I'm so glad I found them for my sweet older boy with a degenerative spinal problem, they have given me hope when the other clinic was uncaring and cold.

Now with the new vet, Dr. Fawcett, she recently did an overall health check and everything looked fine. She shared some dental info and for a cleaning and any possible extractions, it is very costly...more than what I pay for my dental exam, etc. Even with x-rays, cleaning, etc, my procedure costs me less than what the charge is for the dog. Dr. Fawcett did provide printed info on prices., and I found that helpful. I think overall, much like other veterinarian's, costs are going up and pet care is becoming unaffordable. The only negative complaint that I do NOT like is if you use a credit card, they charge a percentage of like 7% because according to the desk folks, it is the equipment (their register) that they use. Oh boy. We are just not quite to a 5 star rating yet...

My babies were well groomed, well taken care of and practically treated like as if they were their own dogs. Not once, again, not once I had even a slightly bad experience. Unfortunately, I had to move to VA and while trying to find a groomer, I dearly miss this place. Thank you for all the lovely experiences and I hope to bring my babies to say hello to you guys if we ever find ourselves in Wichita again. Oh and the price, you won't find a better value anywhere in US or Canada, Trust me because my babies have been groomed in Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, and in Toronto. I would put these guys on the top of my list and would recommend in a heartbeat.
