I got the impression that he got in over his head and wasn't prepared to handle the work that we were requesting instead of just saying so. Also got the impression that he is a bit inexperienced and can only handle very simple jobs at most. Go elsewhere...

I EMPHASIZED - that the pavers MUST angle/pitch away from my property to avoid water running into my basement. I LEFT A PREVIOUS REVIEW BEFORE IT RAINED! It has rained several times in the 6 weeks since Cameron completed the job. MY BASEMENT IS GETTING A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WATER every time it rains. Cameron DID NOT PITCH/ANGLE the pavers to properly drain water away from my property. I notified him / he stated "I will call you tomorrow with a solution" well, it's been two weeks - silence! No solution - no honesty! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in Cameron Iley - he owns the company - took $3,000. of my hard earned money and DOESN'T STAND BEHIND HIS WORK! I have water draining into my basement thanks to Cameron Iley - CAI Landscaping. Now, I have to pay someone else to correct his POOR workmanship! Warning to the wise - AVOID this guy!

Canton Cement - Cracked, heaving cement. To go with my review.

We contacted the owner several times the year after it was poured because several cracks formed along the cut lines that were made "to prevent cracks" and corners broke off, but he never responded. Really disappointed because he seemed like an upstanding guy.

Communication…read moreduring quoting was fast, naturally they want the work, but then on-sight challenges started. Nothing we talked about was laid out in print (my error) and the foreman had no info (e.g. channel drain, new slope, layout/expansion, patio add on). If I was not working from home 3 days in a row to direct constantly I'm not sure what I would have got other than a direct remove and replace of current drive. We got through that, and didn't hold it against them in the big picture. However, I then ended up with cracks in few places a month later that should have had saw cuts. Cory came out and looked and said he'd come back to cut. Texted him and called to no avail. Sealer also peeled in many places Generally also a mess as far as job site (tools left to trip over, lunch trash, over excavated form space). They did not leave any soil or backfill forms and it took me better part of summer to get that repaired. I had a man hole in my driveway and that was covered in cement. I used a sledge hammer to break it off. There was also variations in texture and color. Winter 2021/2022 - Now my driveway started pitting and spalling the top layer of cement in different places. New front porch has separated. Winter has caused cracking across multiple slabs. Seems like the 'fiber in the mix' and sealer has not helped. Poor quality job. Neighbor across the street had her's done in Sept. 2021 and has 5 or 6 major cracks she claims.
